Zhejiang Huikang Medicinal Articles Co., Ltd. operates a 15,000 m² medical consumables manufacturing facility in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, China.

Established in 2002, Huikang manufactures adhesive bandages, medical adhesive tapes, adhesive dressing rolls, wound dressings, fever cooling patches and other adhesive healthcare products for international importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and private-label brands.

Our facility employs approximately 100 people and operates 45 production lines, supporting both customized projects and large-volume purchasing programs.

Adhesive Bandage Production

Huikang operates 30 adhesive bandage production lines for different backing materials, dimensions, shapes, printed designs and packaging formats.

Available adhesive bandage materials include nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, flexible fabric, cotton fabric, PE film, PU film, TPU film, PVC and hydrocolloid materials.

Our monthly adhesive bandage production capacity reaches approximately 150 million pieces.

We can manufacture standard strips, wide strips, round bandages, square bandages, fingertip bandages, knuckle bandages and customized die-cut shapes.

Medical Adhesive Tape Production

Our 10 medical adhesive tape production lines manufacture different types of surgical and medical tapes, including:

• Paper Surgical Tape
• Nonwoven Surgical Tape
• PE Surgical Tape
• Silk-Like Surgical Tape
• Cotton Cloth Medical Tape
• Perforated Adhesive Plaster

Our monthly medical adhesive tape production capacity reaches approximately 1.5 million rolls.

Fever Cooling Patch Production

Huikang operates 5 fever cooling patch production lines with a monthly production capacity of approximately 3 million pieces.

Available options include standard fever cooling patches, color-changing fever cooling patches and customized cooling patches for different age groups and markets.

Product dimensions, hydrogel weight, printed film, individual pouch and retail packaging can be customized according to project requirements.

Wound Dressing Production

Our wound dressing product range includes:

• IV Cannula Dressings

Different backing materials, absorbent pads, dimensions, packaging formats and private-label options are available for selected products.

Class 100,000 Clean Workshop

Huikang operates a Class 100,000 clean workshop for applicable medical product manufacturing and packaging processes.

Environmental controls, personnel procedures and production requirements are implemented according to applicable product specifications and quality management procedures.

The clean workshop supports controlled manufacturing and packaging for products with specific cleanliness requirements.

Quality Control

Huikang maintains an ISO 13485:2016 quality management system.

Quality controls are implemented throughout the manufacturing process, including:

• Incoming material inspection
• In-process production inspection
• Product appearance and dimension checks
• Packaging inspection
• Finished-product inspection
• Batch documentation review
• Finished-product release

Inspection requirements are established according to product specifications, customer requirements and applicable quality procedures.

Applicable CE documentation is available for Sterile Adhesive Plasters. Supporting documents, including COA and MSDS, can be provided where applicable.
